• How long will my order take to arrive?

Most items are made-to-order and are produced by me.  Items are typically produced and shipped with tracking within 1-7 days.  Depending where you live, shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 days in the U.S. and up to 21 days internationally. 

 

• Do you accept returns?

All sales are final.  However, if there is a flaw or an issue with your order contact me using the "Contact" form found on the bottom of the website and I will be happy to help resolve your issue.

 

• Which methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We also offer interest-free financing through Shopify Installments.

 

• Do you really make everything yourself?

With the exception of certain specialty items, yes.  I make everything myself.

 

• I have a question about my order.  How can I get ahold of you?
